MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- On Tuesday, August 3rd, through Monday, August 16th, large scale military training will take place aboard MCB Hawaii and in the surrounding area. As Marines train, the use of military equipment and vehicles, including aircraft, will increase. Residents aboard the base and members of the local community should expect an increase in noise as we work to produce readiness and maintain our ability to fight at a moment’s notice.
