In response to COVID-19, ID centers are providing services to those that have time sensitive issues only. This is to include initial CAC/USID issuance, Lost/Stolen CAC/USID, Dependent enrollment, and Blocked CACs.
-The minimum age for initial USID card issuance has increased from 10 to 14 years.
*Effective April 16, 2020 – September 30, 2020*
-CACs that expire on or after April 16, 2020 are authorized for continued use to facilitate access to benefits through September 30, 2020, if the cardholder’s eligibility for benefits is unchanged.
*CACs Expiring within 30 days*
Certificates may be updated using ID Card Office Online to allow for continued use.

The Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)/Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) Office provides services for issuing, replacing, or updating Common Access Cards (CAC) for service members (active and reserve), retirees, civilian employees, and contractors; resetting CAC personal identification numbers (PIN); enrolling dependents into the DEERS; and issuing or replacing dependent ID Cards.

Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) is a web-based tool for collecting feedback about the services provided by various organizations throughout the Department of Defense (DoD).
