McMillian, commander of Marine Forces Reserve, visits Marines from 3rd battalion, 14th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, while they complete their final exercise at Integrated Training Exercise 4-16 at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, California, June 19, 2016. During the final exercise the Marines combined all of the elements of Marine Air Ground Task Force, to hone their skills and to ensure they are ready to deploy worldwide.

McMillian, commander of Marine Forces Reserve, visits Marines from 3rd battalion, 14th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, while they complete their final exercise at Integrated Training Exercise 4-16 at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, California, June 19, 2016.
