Young Marines from around the nation stand by the headstone at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific after conducting a wreath laying ceremony to pay tribute to fallen service members, Dec. 6, 2013. A total of 67 Young Marines from seven states gathered in Hawaii to commemorate the 72nd anniversary of the attacks on Pearl Harbor. Along with the wreath laying ceremony, the Young Marines participated in a beach clean-up at Marine Corps Base Hawaii and marched in the annual Pearl Harbor Parade in Honolulu, carrying banners representing the 12 ships destroyed during the attack.
