MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII – Starting the morning of Monday, April 22, the traffic lights at Mokapu Rd. and Harris Ave. will be transitioning from flashing red to fully operational light patterns.

Please take extra caution at the intersection as everyone familiarizes themselves with the new signal pattern.
