MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- The portion of Mokapu Rd leading up to Pyramid Rock beach will be closed Saturday, March 25, from 0700-1700 to repair a broken wooden power pole. The repairs will require utility crews to use heavy equipment on Mokapu Rd, and access to Pyramid Rock beach will be restricted for the duration of this project.

Road signs and barriers will remain in place to divert drivers away from the project site. Thank you for your patience as we make these necessary repairs and ensure the safety of the MCBH community.

March 23 UPDATE: Pyramid Rock beach will close at 1700 Friday, March 24, and reopen 0800 Sunday, March 26 to facilitate the power pole repairs on Mokapu Rd near the Pyramid Rock beach entrance.
