MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII – On Thursday, June 23rd, Marine Corps Base Hawaii Installation Protection personnel will conduct the 2022 Lethal Breeze Exercise from 0830-1530 in preparation for the upcoming 2022 Kaneohe Bay Air Show in August.  During this exercise, MCBH personnel and residents can expect a high volume of emergency vehicles from PMO, Federal Fire and local police and fire departments moving throughout the installation while utilizing their emergency lights.

Additionally, all of 5th Street and the portion of D Street between Mokapu Road and 4th Street will be closed from 1130-1530 to allow for the execution of the exercise. Detour signs will be posted to facilitate traffic. Thank you for your patience as we train to improve installation protection procedures and strengthen coordination with our local police and fire counterparts.
