MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- At 1000-1200 and 1300-1500 on December 6-7, U.S. Marines will conduct simulated close air support drills on Marine Corps Base Hawaii. During this training, aircraft will be flying over the base at lower altitudes than normal, which will result in louder than usual aircraft noise. Pilots are limiting their time over land, and will avoid flying directly over Kailua or Kaneohe.
