MCBH PUBLIC ADVISORY - Simulated Close Air Support Drills (May 24-25)
Date: 5/10/2022

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- From 0900 to 1300 on Tuesday, May 24th and Wednesday, May 25th, U.S. Marines will conduct simulated close air support drills on Marine Corps Base Hawaii. During this training, aircraft will be flying over the base at lower altitudes than normal, which will result in louder than usual aircraft noise. Pilots are limiting their time over land, and will avoid flying directly over Kailua or Kaneohe.

To register any noise concerns or for more information about training in Hawaii, please visit http://www.mcbhawaii.marines.mil/Offices-Staff/Communication-Strategy-Operations/Noise-Concerns/ or e-mail kbaz_COMREL@usmc.mil.
