MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. - Marines use a Rough Terrain Container Handler to offload cargo that was transported by Sailors from USNS 1st Lt Baldomero Lopez to Green Beach on Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island, Feb. 12.
