CAMP PENDLETON, California - Retired Marine Sgt. Maj. Ramona Cook, now a board member of the Marines’ Memorial Association, conducted firing drills with an M4A1 carbine aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Sept. 19, 2016.
