SPOTSYLVANIA, Va. - Ed Maziarski (left) and Jake Feeney of Reconnaissance and Amphibious Raids at Marine Corps Systems Command prepare a diver propulsion device for testing July 18 at Lake Anna in Spotsylvania, Virginia.
