PORSANGMOEN, Finnmark, Norway - Capt. Jonathan Blankenship, a company commander with Black Sea Rotational Force, confirms the assault on the enemy objective is complete during the final exercise of cold-weather training aboard Porsangmoen, Norway, Feb. 16-20, 2016.
