U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Michael Jay, a religious program specialist with Marine Corps Installations West, fires an M4 carbine during the Marine Corps Marksmanship Competition on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Feb. 16, 2022.
