Cobra Gold 18 maintains a consistent focus on Humanitarian Civic Assistance, community engagement, and medical activities conducted during the exercise to support the needs and humanitarian interests of civilian populations around the region. Twenty-seven Kuwaiti Marines gathered in a classroom at the Kuwait Naval Institute to attend the Tactical Resupply Subject Matter Expert Exchange with U.S. Marines from the Command Element and Logistics Combat Element, Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force – Crisis Response – Central Command.
