Brig. Gen. Craig Franklin, 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing commander, passes a guidon to Col. Steven Slick, 506th Air Expeditionary Group commander, during the 506 AEG change of command ceremony at Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq, April. 22. Slick replaced Col. Leonard Dick as the group commander. The ceremony was attended by Iraqi air force members, mission partners from the Iraq Training and Advisory Mission – Air Force, and the men and women of the 506th AEG.
