U.S. Marines with Aircraft Rescue Firefighting, Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, participate in an emergency medical responder course, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, March 20-31st, 2023. This is the first EMR course in the Marine Corps, and the MCAS ARFF is the first and only unit in the Marine Corps to be recognized by the National Registry of Emergency Technicians to create its own Emergency Medical Services program.
