U.S. Army Conducts Suppressed Rifle Night Operations at Pu’uloa Range Training Facility 19 Feb 2026 | PRINT SHARE MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAI’I – The U.S. Army 25th Infantry Division (25th ID) will be conducting day and night training exercises involving suppressed rifle fire at the Pu’uloa Range Training Facility (PRTF) from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. HST through Mar. 3-5, 2026. This training is crucial for enhancing the U.S. Army’s operational readiness by simulating both daytime and nighttime rifle exercises, increasing rifle proficiency. Residents in the vicinity of PRTF may experience increased noise and activity due to vehicle and troop movements and suppressed rifle fire. All rifle operations will be conducted on Bravo range located towards the middle of PRTF with suppressors to mitigate noise. The training will be conducted in strict adherence to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both participants and the surrounding community. We greatly appreciate the continued support and understanding from the community as we work to enhance the operational readiness of military forces across the Pacific. The support of the community is invaluable in making these essential training events possible. For questions or concerns, please contact Capt. Hailey Harms at hailey.l.harms.mil@usmc.mil.
