MISSION
Under the guidance of the Base Commander, develop, execute, and manage the MCB Hawaii Strategic Plan, and associated Engagement and Communication Plans in order to increase mission readiness aboard the installation through community, stakeholder and partnership support. The Director executes these approved plans in order to achieve enhanced community, stakeholder and partnership support for MCB Hawaii’s mission readiness.

Mission
Continuous process improvement (CPI) encompasses lean, six sigma, and theory of constraints.
Lean improves the speed of everyday processes our Marines and Civilian Marines do by removing common sense-defying waste of time or resources.
