Marines with Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 463 and Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 367 demonstrate the capabilities of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force to attendees of the Kaneohe Bay Airshow aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii Oct. 18, 2015. Marine Corps Base Hawaii is slated to host the 2015 Kaneohe Bay Airshow, Oct. 17 and 18 aboard the installation. Events at the air show will range from aerobatics performed by the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, or Blue Angels, to specialized demonstrations by the Marine Air-Ground Task Force. The airshow is open to the general public and will include displays of military equipment, drills, aircraft displays carnival rides and games for children, merchandise as well as food booths.

Master Gunnery Sergeant Adam Walker, 4th Marine Regiment, Operations Chief gives insight on the preparation of the Combat Operations Center, and the significance of 4th Marine Regiment coming back to 29 Palms for Integrated Training Exercise(ITX) training for both 2nd Battalion 3rd Marines and 1st Marines 4th Marines. The Marines assigned to 4th Marine Regiment are participating in this ITX to act as a command element for the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force (SPMAGTF), in which 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment falls under in preparation of their upcoming Unit Deployment Program (UDP) to Okinawa, Japan.
