3d Radio Battalion (RadBn), III Marine Expeditionary Forge Information Group (MIG), and Marine Corps Base Hawaii conducted a Facility Dedication Ceremony on Dec. 18, 2018. The ceremony celebrated the hard work and dedication put in by those who facilitated and constructed 3d RadBn's new building. 3d RadBn's new facility consolidated its resources from three separate buildings into one state of the art building, increasing its capability to project power in support of III MIG and the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 363's hangar dedication ceremony, took place on Sept. 21, 2018, aboard Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Marine Corps Base Hawaii. The dedication ceremony celebrated the arrival of Marines with VMM 363 and everyone that assisted in the construction of the hangar. The arrival of a second MV-22B Osprey squadron significantly increases Marine Aircraft Group 24's capability to respond to local emergencies within Hawaii and crises in the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility.
