Waterfront Operations will be executing a small-scale Hazardous Spill Response Drill from 0900-1200 on Nov. 17. The Drill will take place in the water near outfall 22 and will be executing spill containment and recovery between the Marine Corps Base Hawaii and Coconut Island and lastly securing a portion of Coconut Island (Southeast entrance).

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- The portion of Harris Avenue from Chow Circle to Mokapu Road (highlighted in the image below) will be closed intermittently from Aug. 28 through Sept. 29 for repaving.
