MCBH PUBLIC ADVISORY - PMO Vehicle Registration/Pass & I.D offices partial closure (Mar. 1)

MCBH PUBLIC ADVISORY - Partial road closures on Harris Ave, Mokapu Rd, Craig Ave and Selden St (Feb. 21-25)

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- From 0800 to 1700 on Monday, February 21st, through Friday, February 25th, there will be single lane closures due to construction along Harris Ave, Mokapu Road, Craig Ave and Selden Street. Road use will continue but will require contraflow (one lane) in each direction with traffic control signs and flagmen. Thank you

MCBH PUBLIC ADVISORY - Partial commissary parking lot closure (Feb. 14-18)

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- From 0800 to 1700 on Monday, February 14th, through Friday, February 18th, construction will take place in the parking lot of MCBH Commissary. Workers will establish barricades with signs to block-off work areas. The Commissary will remain open.-30-

MCBH PUBLIC ADVISORY - 1/12 firing blank rounds at LZ Eagle near Fort Hase Beach (Jan. 30)

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- From 1100 to 1200 on Sunday, January 30th, U.S. Marines with 1st Battalion, 12th Marines will fire four blank rounds utilizing M105 ceremonial howitzers in preparation for an upcoming event. This will take place at HLZ Eagle near Fort Hase Beach and will be audible throughout base housing.To register any noise concerns

MCBH PUBLIC ADVISORY - Mokapu Gate full closure (Jan. 31)

Beginning Monday, January 31st, the Mokapu Gate (back gate) aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii will be fully closed to all vehicular and pedestrian traffic for approximately 5 months. The closure is required for construction of the gate and associated facilities. During the closure, access to and from MCBH will be exclusively via the H-3 front gate. To expedite the flow of increased traffic entering base from 0600-0900 Monday-Friday, one outbound lane will be used as a third inbound lane. Please follow all signs and PMO instruction directing traffic. The only access to the Pass House (Bldg. 1637) from 0600-0900 will be from the far right inbound lane. Only base access services will be provided at this time.

MCBH PUBLIC ADVISORY - 31st MEU training to include Marine Corps aircraft over Kapolei (Jan. 11)

MCBH PUBLIC ADVISORY - U.S. Air Force A-10 and C-130 aircraft training out of MCAS Kaneohe Bay (Dec. 2-18)

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII – U.S. Air Force A-10 and C-130 aircraft from AATC (Air National Guard/Air Force Reserve Test Center) will be utilizing Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay and the airspace surrounding Marine Corps Base Hawaii, December 2-18, 2021. During this time these aircraft will be supporting multiple training exercises across Hawaii. As these aviation platforms do not generally fly out of MCAS Kaneohe Bay, aviation noise in the area may be louder than usual. Pilots will intentionally limit their time flying over heavily populated areas to what is necessary for training purposes.
