MCBH PUBLIC ADVISORY - Temporary Mokapu Gate outbound closure in support of Norwegian Foot March (Dec. 21)

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- Outbound traffic lanes of the Mokapu Gate (back gate) aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii will be closed from 6-8 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, in support of the Norwegian Foot March. Inbound traffic lanes will remain open, and signs will be posted starting Friday, Dec. 16, to remind drivers of the temporary closure.-30-

MCBH PUBLIC ADVISORY - 1/12 to conduct blank fire practice at LZ Eagle (Nov. 9)

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- Marines from 1st Battalion, 12th Marines will conduct blank fire practice at LZ Eagle 9:30-10:00 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, in preparation for Lt. Gen. Gardner's funeral on Nov. 18. The section of Middaugh Street along Fort Hase Beach, from Daly Road to Pennsylvania Avenue, will be closed for the duration of the exercise.

MCBH PUBLIC ADVISORY - MV-22 Osprey administrative movement to MCAS Kaneohe Bay (Oct. 27-29)

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- From Thursday, Oct. 27, through Saturday, Oct. 29, U.S. Marines will fly several MV-22 Osprey aircraft from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam to Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay. The aircraft are returning to their home station after completing a successful deployment to Australia with Marine Rotational Force - Darwin.

MCBH PUBLIC ADVISORY - JBPHH Main Break repaired and boil water advisory lifted (Oct. 24)

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam has rescinded the boil water advisory in effect since Friday, Oct. 14. Camp Smith, Pu’uloa Range Training Facility, and Manana Housing are no long under a boil water advisory. This change is following the successful repair of the water main break and test results showing no bacteria present

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- Officials from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Public Works are currently responding to a water main break along Kamehameha Highway near Pearl City. The source of the waterline break has been identified and repairs are in progress. Users may experience pressure fluctuations during partial system restoration.

MCBH PUBLIC ADVISORY - Bellows Beach Closure in Support of 13th MEU Training Exercise (Nov. 18-20)

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- Bellows Beach will be closed Friday, Nov. 18, through Sunday, Nov. 20, in support of the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit conducting beach landings and other training exercises in the area. MCBH PUBLIC ADVISORY - Mokapu Road paving project impacting traffic crossing the MCAS flightline (Sep. 19-30)

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- From 0630-1700 on Monday, September 19th, through Friday, September 30th, the portion of Mokapu Road that crosses the MCAS Kaneohe Bay flightline will be partially closed for repaving.
