James Dobes, outgoing commanding officer, HMH-363, decorates them with the Afghanistan Campaign Streamer with bronze star during a change of command ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, Nov. 17, 2010. After performing duties as HMH-363’s commanding officer since March 2009, Dobes relinquished command to Lt. Col. Mark Revor, who was previously assigned to the headquarters of Marine Aircraft Group 24 and has served as the operations officer and executive officer for HMH-363.
