Marines and sailors assigned to Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, stretch their way through the warm-up exercises of an Insanity Workout at Hangar 105 on MCAS, Oct. 29. “Marines benefit from this workout because it enables them to build cardiovascular endurance, strength, and aids in healthy weight loss,” said Gunnery Sgt.
