Crimson blood oozes from the moulage kit of a simulated, open leg fracture worn by Petty Officer 3rd Class Dennis Amos, a corpsman with 21st Dental Company, during a mass casualty evacuation drill at Dillingham Air Field in Mokuleia, Hawaii, Oct. 21. Corpsmen playing the casualties used the rubber wounds and moulage kits to simulate realistic injuries, giving 3rd Radio Bn. Marines an opportunity to employ their first aid and combat lifesaver training.
