Marines with Company E, 2nd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, provide simulated medical care to an Afghan role player during a casualty-assessment training exercise Sunday at MCAGCC Twentynine Palms. Following a simulated improvised explosive device attack during a routine training patrol, members of CLB-3’s female engagement team and 2/1 were assessed on their ability to provide on-site medical care to role players.
