This Roman sea dragon waterspout in the Western Gallery displays how advanced the Romans were thousands of years ago. The Honolulu Academy of Arts reopened the Western Gallery, Dec. 3, after two years of renovations. Service members are offered free entry to the museum every first Sunday of the month.
