U.S. Marines and students with Kapolei High School’s Marine Corps Junior ROTC pose for a group photo after a K-9 demonstration conducted by Marine Corps Base Hawaii Provost Marshal Office during the Staff Noncommissioned Officer Academy (SNCOA) Leadership Symposium at MCBH, July 2, 2024. The SNCOA organized its first annual Leadership Symposium, a three-day leadership training focused on promoting community relations and teaching Marine Corps leadership.
