Acting Secretary of the Navy Thomas B. Modly, walks on stage during the unveiling of the new Ford-class aircraft carrier USS Doris Miller at a Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day ceremony, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Jan, 20. 2019. Marines aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii participated alongside Sailors of various units in the ceremony.
