Sgt. David Williams flips a tire for 100 yards as part of the 400-yard tactical course event of High Intensity Tactical Training Tactical Athlete Competition held at Riseley Field, July 29, 2015. Williams, of Indianapolis, is a noncommissioned officer in charge of the administration section at Headquarters and Service Battalion at Camp H.M. Smith. The match was officiated by Marine Corps Community Services staff at the Semper Fit Center. The mission of MCCS is to contribute to the readiness and retention of Marines, Sailors, and family members aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii by providing fitness and recreation programs, Marine and family programs, and business activities in garrison and deployed environments.
