Cpl. Anthony Hunter, a rifleman with Golf Company, 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, welcomes his son upon returning to Marine Corps Base Hawaii, June 12, 2014, from a six-month unit deployment program in Japan. The “Island Warriors” arrived over the course of three days to compensate for the large size of the unit. The battalion conducted three significant training missions in Japan and Korea.
