POHAKULOA TRAINING AREA, Hawaii - Lance Cpl. Tyler Carpenter, a field artilleryman with Alpha Battery, 1st Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, loads the M327 120 mm mortar system by dropping ammunition into the barrel during Operation Spartan Fury at Pohakuloa Training Area, Hawaii, Feb. 21, 2013.
