Lt. Mike Mckenna, platoon commander, Weapons Platoon, gets water sprayed onto his face, after being sprayed by O.C. spray in a training exercise held July 28, at the Boondocker aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay. The spray causes temporary blindness and loss of balance.
