MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII -- Marines and sailors with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit and Marine Corps Base Hawaii will conduct Amphibious Assault Vehicle training at Pyramid Rock Beach Aug. 30.
The training is part of an exercise that will take place here throughout the Labor Day weekend as the 13th MUE transits the Pacific Ocean on a six month deployment.
The 13th MEU is part of the Boxer Amphibious Ready Group, which left San Diego Aug. 23.
