Individuals with sponsoring capabilities hosting a special event may submit a Special Event Form in order for civilians to gain access to the base for a specific non beach event. A special event request must be filled out for individuals sixteen (16) or older and at least ten (10) working days prior to the visit to allow sufficient time to conduct a security investigation.
Process for Submitting Special Event Forms:
- Special Event forms are available for pick up at:
- Pass House - located at Bldg. 1636 by MCBH Main Gate, 7 days a week, 0600-1745
- PMO Service Center - located at Bldg. 1095 first floor, M-F, 0730-1630
- Complete the form in its entirety. Forms that are submitted incomplete will delay the process.
- Sponsors information
- Event Location, Event Date, Start and End Event Time
- You will need your house guests full legal name, Full Social Security Number, Driver’s License Number, Address, Phone Number, and Date of Birth
- Return Completed House Guest form to:
- Pass House - located at Bldg. 1636 by MCBH Main Gate, 7 days a week, 0600-1745
- PMO Service Center - located at Bldg. 1095 first floor, M-F, 0730-1630
- Sponsor will be notified by PMO Service Center of unsatisfactory security checks only.
- Special Event Forms with an unsatisfactory security check will not be permitted on MCBH. Special Event individual may request a waiver by contacting Jenna Rivera by email Jennifer.Rivera1@usmc.mil or by phone (808) 257-1057.
- On the day of the event all civilians sixteen (16) or older must check in at the Pass House with a valid driver’s license, current registration, current safety and current insurance to receive a pass.
