The Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) combines Infantry Combat Equipment (ICE), Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) Equipment, Special Training Allowance Pool (STAP) items, and Soft Walled Shelters and Camouflage Netting (SWS&CN) under the Individual Issue Facility (IIF) and Unit Issue Facility (UIF) paradigm.

Units requiring equipment for either training or deployment can draw all Special Training Allowance Pool (STAP) equipment; Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN-D) equipment; and Soft Walled Shelters & Camouflage Netting (SWS&CN) from one facility.

The IIF is open Monday - Thursday: 0700 to 1500. Friday's: 0700 - 1200 (Closed Friday Afternoon).

The UIF is open Monday-Friday: 0700 to 1500 for Unit Appointments.
