Late-night aircraft activity at Marine Corps Base Hawaii

F/A-18 Hornet aircraft will continue training late tonight and early Saturday morning at Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay. Windward residents can expect to hear engine noise throughout the night.

Aircraft with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 122 are supporting infantrymen of 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marines as they conduct Exercise Lava Viper pre-deployment training at the Pohakuloa Training Area on the island of Hawaii. The aircraft will depart the base early Feb.
